Next, we turn your ideas into a story. Our screenwriters either work with your existing script or draft a new one, we tweak it together until it communicates your message perfectly. This script becomes the backbone of your video, guiding every visual choice.

Now, we create detailed storyboards, setting the style, composition, and pacing. For 3D videos, we build models, textures, and full scene setups. We do internal quality checks and involve you in feedback rounds, so everything is polished before animation begins.

THE WORK

Here, our animators turn the storyboard or 3D models into smooth, engaging motion. Temporary AI voiceovers let you check timing, pacing, and flow. For 3D, we also share renders with textures, lighting, and shadows.

THE FEEDBACK

This is where we fine-tune everything together. You choose professional voice talent, we integrate it and make final adjustments to the animation. With your feedback we ensure that visuals, motion, and sound all align perfectly.

Finally, we put on the finishing touches: subtitles, additional formats, and maximum-quality rendering. Once the final payment is complete and everything is signed off, your video is delivered securely via file-sharing.

Whether it’s a 2D animation or a 3D cinematic video, our process is clear, collaborative and fun. We strive to make sure that your story comes to life just the way you imagined.

1. THE BRIEF

Understanding your vision

We like to start things off with a friendly chat, which is a chance for us to understand your vision, your brand, and your goals. This first conversation sets the tone for a smooth, collaborative, and enjoyable production journey from start to finish.

What happens in this stage:

Client inquiry: You get in touch and tell us all about your project, including your vision, style ideas, and what you want to achieve.
Project details clarification: We dive into your ideas through a call, online meeting, or email and share a few style options to help you picture the final video.
Preliminary technical brief (TB): We pull everything together into a clear brief that captures your goals, style, and technical needs.
Technical brief approval: You review the brief, suggest tweaks, and once it’s approved, it guides the rest of the project.
Budget estimation & commercial proposal: We work out the cost, timelines, and provide a clear proposal with examples of similar projects we’ve done.
Confirmation & billing: You give the green light, provide billing info, and make the initial payment to get started.
Communication setup: If needed, we set up a shared chat so we can collaborate easily and keep everything running smoothly.

2. THE STORY

Crafting your narrative

At this stage your ideas begin to take shape, turning into a story that connects with your audience on an emotional level and clearly communicates your message. Creating the narrative is the foundation that guides every visual and sound choice throughout the video.

What happens in this stage:

Scriptwriting: Our screenwriters craft the first draft or polish your existing script, making sure your story flows and keeps viewers hooked.
Client feedback rounds: You review it and let us know your thoughts, unlimited edits in the first round mean we capture your ideas perfectly.
Optional second round: If needed, we make a second round of tweaks within the approved brief.
Final approval: Once it feels just right and conveys your message clearly, the script is signed off.
Passing assets to design/3D team: The approved script and your brand assets (fonts, colors, logos) are handed to our 2D designer or 3D specialist to start bringing your visuals to life.

3. THE PLAN

Visualising the story

Once the script is approved, we start bringing your story to life visually. This is an exciting stage where ideas begin to take shape, and we can see how everything will come together on screen. It’s also a crucial step for catching any potential issues early and refining the creative direction.

What happens in this stage:

For 2D videos:

Storyboard creation: Each scene is illustrated to show composition, style, and pacing
Internal review: The art director checks that all visuals are cohesive, polished, and on-brand.
Client feedback: You can provide up to two rounds of feedback to make sure the visuals match your expectations.
Final storyboard approval: Once approved, scenes are layered and ready to move into animation.

For 3D videos:

3D modeling & scene setup: Our specialists build realistic 3D models and set up each scene according to the approved script.
Internal quality checks: Every detail is reviewed by the art director for consistency and quality.
Rendered previews: We share stills or basic renders, giving you the chance for up to two rounds of revisions.
Final approval: Once you’re happy with everything, the project moves on to animation.

This is where the magic happens and when storyboards and 3D models are transformed into a fully animated video. It’s an exciting moment when your story truly comes to life, giving you the chance to share feedback along the way and ensuring the final result perfectly captures your vision.

What happens in this stage:

For 2D animation:

Animation begins: Layers are brought to life with smooth, engaging motion.
Temporary AI voiceover: Helps us check timing, pacing, and alignment with the script.
Client feedback: You review the animation and provide edits with unlimited changes in the first round to make sure your ideas are captured.
Script adjustments: Minor tweaks are made if needed before recording the professional voiceover.

For 3D animation:

Animation begins: Our 3D animator adds motion, camera moves, and scene effects to bring the project to life.
Temporary AI voiceover: Helps preview timing and flow.
Viewport renders: Early renders and stills (with textures, optional lighting) let you see progress.
Client feedback: The first round of edits ensures everything matches your vision.

If earlier stages need revisiting, we’ll discuss the scope and cost, keeping you in control.

5. THE FEEDBACK

Fine-tuning every detail

At this stage we make sure the video matches your vision perfectly. We go through each frame, sound, and transition, making sure everything comes together naturally. Your feedback helps us fine-tune the visuals, pacing, and tone so the final video feels just right and tells your story exactly the way you imagined.

What happens in this stage:

Professional voiceover selection: We share samples and help you choose the perfect voice to match your brand.
Feedback rounds: You can request up to two rounds of edits, with unlimited adjustments in each round, to make sure the voiceover is just right.
Integration & final corrections: The animator incorporates the approved voiceover and fine-tunes the animation so everything syncs perfectly.
Final approval: You review the video to make sure the visuals, motion, and sound all come together flawlessly.

6. THE DELIVERY

Your story goes live

Before handing it over, we add the final touches, such as subtitles, to make sure everything is just right. Once complete, your video will be polished, professional, and ready to share with your audience.

What happens in this stage:

Final rendering: We create a high-quality version of your video in all the formats you need.
Additional features: Subtitles or alternate formats are added as needed.
Wrap-up: The final payment is made, and both sides sign off to wrap up the project.
Secure delivery: Your finished video is safely delivered through a reliable file-sharing service, ready to share with your audience.
